    I honestly believe a little indulgence can help keep us on track. The fact that you were under your target for the day should make you proud. Sometimes I think I could have made a better choice in certain calories I take in, but if it's just every once in a while, it can't hurt. Don't feel guilty, you're aware and that's what matters ;-).

    snickers and mars bar ice creams are wonderful. They help so much with Portion control, one is usually more than enough :D

    You probably have but maybe you know, does Talenti Gluten free taste any different then the standard one?

    Well, certain flavors of theirs are gluten free, others aren't.

    Now, they label them GF, so I only buy those flavors listed as GF on the website.

    I don't know if they use separate equipment or just good practice when it comes to cross-contamination issues. I've never had problems, though.

    There will be some flavors that I can't ever have. They don't make a regular version and a gluten free version.
