I honestly believe a little indulgence can help keep us on track. The fact that you were under your target for the day should make you proud. Sometimes I think I could have made a better choice in certain calories I take in, but if it's just every once in a while, it can't hurt. Don't feel guilty, you're aware and that's what matters ;-).0

snickers and mars bar ice creams are wonderful. They help so much with Portion control, one is usually more than enough0

Now, they label them GF, so I only buy those flavors listed as GF on the website.
I don't know if they use separate equipment or just good practice when it comes to cross-contamination issues. I've never had problems, though.
There will be some flavors that I can't ever have. They don't make a regular version and a gluten free version.
