    Dear OP,

    Hey, Thanks for the warning! I just wanted to add, i carefully saved calories yesterday for a cream cheesed iced mini red velvet cupcake yesterday at an event. It was ok, but i would have rather had my fav greek yogurt... I have seriously changed my tastes and prefernces in the last 18 months.
