Help please (think I might be skinny-fat or just a bit fat)!

And what happens I wonder when I stall on the lifts in say 4-6 months when newbie gains are done?

Don't worry about it now. You'll be fine for quite awhile especially if you're eating at maintenance. Even in a deficit it took me more than 4-6 months to really stall.

What do you guys think about adding 0.5 lbs per week (leaning bulking very slowly for a year)? I just don't want to spin my wheels on maintenance (my one worry).

If you're more motivated to do it that way, then do it. But you'll have a long cut at the end.

Yeah, that's the dilemma -- a long cut at the end. But if I cut, I might just become a smaller version of myself..

I would recommend going for .5 per pound loss and lift heavy for two months and then do the bulk…but that is just my .02...

I think you look great. I'd go out with you. Why so harsh with yourself?

Thanks but I don't think I look anything like my friends. I hate being flabby.
