Totally indulgent (over-the-top?) dessert recipes

I am celebrating a big event next week, and after much pondering have decided that my treat to myself shall be a totally indulgent dessert. I make treats fit in regularly, but I can't really go all-out on them and stay within my calories. For example, if I make cake, it's one layer with a bit of frosting (my favourite part, I have a mad sweet tooth). This shall be a day that I don't care one iota about keeping it reasonable.
What are your favourite recipes for such a dessert? I love things like cheesecake, peanut butter, chocolate, cakes with a ridiculous number of layers, mint, tiramisu, cream fillings, etc. but it can be anything!
(Please no lectures about how I should celebrate in a non-food way! This is what I want to do.)
I'm looking at things like this torte or this cake (okay, maybe I'd tone this one down a bit... hah), but it doesn't have to be peanut butter and chocolate.

Add some ice cream and hot fudge sauce for a completely over the top dessert dish.

I have a recipe for an 8 texture chocolate "cake". The recipe is very particular and makes 8 individual serves. I put it in to MFP one day.... 2000 cals per serve!0

Oh yum. My husband and I visited NY in December.... One afternoon we shared 4 pieces of different momofuku pie, cereal milk and soft serve. So good.0 -

This looks amazing!!
I'm also considering Nigella Lawson's snow-flecked brownies... those heart attack brownies look similar. I might top it with mint whipped cream, mm... so many options, so hard to decide..

I think I've decided on Nigella Lawson's snow-flecked brownies with some sort of mint topping - perhaps mint frosting, or mint whipped cream. I'm lactose intolerant and the tortes and cheesecakes might be painful, hah.0
