i just made these (half a batch). not too bad - at least it got me eating cottage cheese :bigsmile: but i've just entered the info onto mfp and the ingredients came to 353 calories for half of the amounts. gutted :grumble:0

I make these ones with 2 eggs and a banana only and somehow they come out looking like pancakes, it shocks me what you can do with eggs.

I make pancakes basically the same way but substitute Old Fashioned Oatmeal for the flour, I add baking powder and a touch of vanilla.... blend it up in my blender until smooth.. the best ever pancake!!!0

I made something similar on the weekend, but used oats instead of flour - 1 pack of quick oats, about 100g of cottage cheese, 3 egg whites, vanilla essence, and cinnamon. Gotta put it in the blender though to get the oats broken up0

Thanks for posting the recipe. Cereal can get boring after a while. I wrote down the recipe. Will have to get the cottage cheese tomorrow so will make them on Wed. Good luck with your journey.0

For those of you that think you don't like cottage cheese, or don't like the ones you've tried, try the 4% small curd (California Style) stuff, it has a much better texture (I LOVE Friendship brand) ...0
