You do have time to have Greek yogurt available in the fridge and maybe add some chia or toasted flax seeds, and you do have time to hard-boil eggs and have those handy when you run out the door. Can you have a sliced apple + tablespoon of peanut butter or a piece of string cheese later in the a.m. at work? That combined with the nice shot of protein from the yogurt or egg earlier in the a.m. may help.
Not giving you a hard time here, but at some point you may want to take a look at "don't have time for a full breakfast". That's why a lot of us prep food in advance - plus I find that the time to scramble an egg and throw a piece of whole-grain bread in the toaster isn't really that bad. Just saying it might be worth taking a closer look. Hang in there.
Thanks i will do more food prep, i use to prep my breakfast, i kinda fell off the wagon. i would eat eggs ground turkey and cheese. i found out that the eggs was causing my ecezma to worsen.0 -

If the hunger is real, eat more.
If you're just craving, distract yourself.0 -

If you opt to go the Greek yogurt route, Costco sells plain in (I think) 6oz servings. So, it could be grab and go for you.0

@ anyone who knows how to use the search function: there have been a lot of recent threads about how to integrate exercise into your desk job day, but I can't pull them up in the search. What am I doing wrong?0

Coffee works well. I wake up hungry every morning and usually have to wait an hour or two before I can have breakfast. I usually roll out of bed and chug two or three large glasses of warm water with fresh lemon. That holds me over. If you're super hungry for breakfast (before and after), I would suggest eating a breakfast that combines protein and veggies. Egg whites with all the veggies you can think of, add turkey bacon or regular bacon or any kind of lean meat from the night before for extra protein. This keeps me full for hours and hours. I prepare my breakfast the night before... egg whites, veggies, meats, pop it in the microwave and in three minutes I have a great omelete. Sometimes I don't even bother heating it up, just eat it cold. Yum.0

Thinking that the search function functions properly =P
Take the longer way to the bathroom/plotter/breakroom.
Park further away.
Calf raises while waiting for coffee to brew/printer to print - or squats

I keep a 5 and 10 pound dumbbell next to my desk...just added a 15 pound kettlebell. I can do stuff like tricep extensions and singled handed OHP while reading documents. Multitasking FTW0
