    Try going for a walk when you're stressed or bored. It might work to distract your mind.

    I just started doing what they suggested up above. I want to lose 100 pounds from this point forward so I'm going to be breaking it up into three blocks....the first will be getting me to 199 pounds. I will be thrilled to officially be under 200 pounds. Set goal for yourself that are gonna make you happy. And it doesn't always have to be about pounds on the scale. What about getting back into a pair of pants you've had in a drawer for years that you can't fit into anymore? Or a big one for me....being able to go to a movie without feeling the need to get the large popcorn and large coke. We are also here to make life changes when it comes to our relationships with food. Have fun with it and see it as a life commitment.
