Did I hear someone say nerd? I'll post tonight, but a search through the academic article databases revealed some really interesting stuff. I've pdf'd the articles, as a quick search revealed they're not public access.

Personally, I don't consciously take the GI into account when choosing foods, though I am always aware of trying to create satiety in my meals and not just eat a ton of simple carbs. Sure, they're yummy, but they don't keep me full for long. Though, according tot hat one article--maybe it's all in my head. If I think I'm full, I will be!0
