She tried juicing and failed. She survived juicing along with eating fruits and vegetables plus she had pudding. She is a crash/yo-yo dieter who doesn't realize she's destroying her muscles and making it harder for her to keep the weight off with each crash diet she does.

You said this is baby number 2, so that means you have another child at home watching how you eat. That's an example you are setting for your kids. My boys have seen how I eat over the years and are curious why I do what I do. They are old enough to want to do what I do and despite being 7 and 6 they want to be bodybuilders like mommy. We talk about how food is important for our bodies and provides us with fuel. They have never seen me go on crazy diets and I hope that a solid foundation of facts about food will keep them from developing eating disorders. They've seen that even during competition prep I eat pizza and ice cream with them, because enjoying life with my family is still important.

Protein shakes often include dairy and eggs.

Is the OP, by chance, nursing a baby during this unbalanced food plan?

OP originally said she wanted support while she juice and ate fruits and vegetables. The story evolved from there. A few of the successful members stepped in to give her real support and point her in the direction of long term success, but I'm guessing it's not the support she hoped to get.

Aside from the lack of nutrition in this plan, I surely would not want my children to see me eating this way.

Oh trust me, I completely understand that and I get where you are coming from. My boys eat good and healthy. It's just something I want to do for myself. It helped me drop my blood pressure when I did it before and that is my main focus now. I guess when I put it on here it sounds horrible but really it's not. I eat tons and tons of veggies, huge delicious, filling salads along with my smoothies, protein shakes, juices, etc. I suppose the only thing I could consider adding to my fast is nuts, but that's about it.
