What a great workout tonight. Good thing I went to the gym staid watching the Blackhawks to lose. What is good for a sore arm?

    Less "working yourself out".

not really- that might mess up my makeup- I just like to pop my gum and walk around in my short shorts hoping to catch me some buffet of manliness to pay all my bills and take me to expensive dinners.
