Ever thought your thyroid was sluggish, but it tested normal?

How do I tell if my thyroid is sluggish??

Poke it with a stick and see how fast it tries to bite you?

Potatoes are an amazing nutritious food. The thought of excluding them from the diet is insane...

Ate too many white potatoes growing up and now I just don't care to eat them. I have a new found love for sweet potatoes though! Not really a fan of sweet tasting meals, but throw some oil and spices on the chopped potatoes and then roast them on the grill? YUM!

had a potato last night! and honestly when you weigh them out, you'd be surprised, a pretty decent sized potato is only like 200 calories

I like potatoes, filling for not too many cals, there are fewer than rice or pasta or bread for the satiety you get. I like the baby potatoes - more skin = more fiber. Three of them is good enough for me for a side for dinner or lunch. Or else 1/2 cup of regular potato. Boiled or par-boiled then baked or sauteed.

Mmmmmmm I would take a potato over a candy bar for a snack any day!
