Ate too many white potatoes growing up and now I just don't care to eat them. I have a new found love for sweet potatoes though! Not really a fan of sweet tasting meals, but throw some oil and spices on the chopped potatoes and then roast them on the grill? YUM!0

had a potato last night! and honestly when you weigh them out, you'd be surprised, a pretty decent sized potato is only like 200 calories0

I like potatoes, filling for not too many cals, there are fewer than rice or pasta or bread for the satiety you get. I like the baby potatoes - more skin = more fiber. Three of them is good enough for me for a side for dinner or lunch. Or else 1/2 cup of regular potato. Boiled or par-boiled then baked or sauteed.0
