If you were happy and liked this diet, then I'd say go for it*. But it's not only complete bunk, you also aren't enjoying it so ditch it. I lose a kilo a week eating within my calories.
* that's a total lie, I'd still tell you it is a lot of BS. But the fact that you're cutting out so many things you like makes it even worse.0 -
I believe his question was specific to people who have actually tried eating specific to their blood type sharing their experience...not for every Joe Blow on the internet to make rude comments about something they haven't tried themselves.
