Morning Workouts - Does anyone else hate them?

    Up at 4:30 am, pre work out drink and at the gym by 5am. Back home by 6:30, the fact that the gym is 10 minutes from my house is great. No traffic to deal with, I eat my breakfast, shower and get ready for work. Personally I now if I wait until the evening to work out I will have too many excuses not to go.
    Gym is quiet in the morning typically the same 13-15 people, no waiting for a bench or the squat rack just move right along. Now at night the place is a zoo.
    I would agree with most tha perhaps grabbing a banana or something may have helped with the lightheaded feeling.

    i just hate mornings, the workout part is easy.

    coffee+banana+chocolate protein powder, blend well, drink half, get dressed, run, get back, drink the rest, shower, decide on breakfast and get on with your day.

    I hate morning workouts and there is no way I can do anything on an empty stomach. I prefer late night workouts after all my daily tasks are done and the house is quiet.
