What's wrong with omelette for dinner, they are good any time of day mmmmm

It confuses your body into thinking that is is morning and throws off your sleep cycle. Your body can't rest adequately!!!
OHHHHH that must be the same time your body goes into "starvation mode"

Eating breakfast food at night confuses your body and in doing so forces it to give up toxins from its fat cells which are then eliminated through your liver and kidneys. Oh .....wait......wrong thread sorry.

Please don't blind yourself OP who will spy on my eating habits and divulge them to a forum full of strangers then.

I have to say I've never in my life had omelette for breakfast so I think I'd be ok with my body not being confused ????

Shall I set you a plate?

Yes please. I will bring eggs and whip up an omelet.

Tomato, mushroom, and goat cheese. BOOM

You should only eat breakfast immediately after waking up, any other time will make your growth plates explode and your testes shrink up like raisins.

I love breakfast for dinner! I make omelets a lot or the no bake pancakes or even cereal! Never thought this was weird at all! I don't usually wake up early enough to make a big breakfast, i just take oatmeal or fruit/peanut butter or like cottage cheese with me to work. So why not eat yummy breakfast for dinner!
