Honestly, Wal-Mart has really good stuff for cheap. I hate Walmart and avoid it at all (most) costs but I go there for their Danskin pants.
I buy my bras at Target. Their workout clothes are a little pricier so I don't usually buy other workout clothes there.
And I'll put another vote in for Old Navy.

I use old tshirts for running, I get quality shorts from Penneys. Everything else comes from Walmart

I do actually like Under Armour but it is expensive. Last year I got a little bonus at work and decided to splurge on some yoga shorts and a wicking top. Love it but I don't love the price. Most of my other stuff comes from Target. I have found most of their sports bras comfortable and hold up well.

I really like a lot of Athleta stuff. When I was changing size more frequently, old navy was or Target were great. I also love Road Runner Sports own line of stuff (roadrunnersports.com)

Also, this is one of my favorite all around t-shirts. I wear them running, lifting, and casually!

Target Champion line or Old Navy. For ON, I'll scour through the sale rack looking for like $3 t-shirts and tanks.

most of my stuff is target
and now I went to a running store for shoes (saucony). When I get to maintaining, I plan on buying "nicer" stuff but there is no point now

Old Navy, clearance rack at the UA outlet, Target. Occasionally Gap (online and on clearance)
Sometimes clearance rack at sporting good stores or Nike/Adidas but I'm really not a huge Nike person. Don't care for the lack of quality for the price.

I have a long inseam and Old Navy sells longer length inseams in their active line which means I don't have cold ankles in the winter.

I've been getting my cycling gear from Sierra Trading Post since everything is on sale.

I like one particular model of Champion bra and I found out it was not discontinued but not in stores. I've gotten it from Amazon

I second the Danskin pants from Walmart, also love the Danskin bras because I must have underwire to keep the girls in check. Also love Fila racerback tops, I have 4 of those.

Mostly Kohls, TJ Maxx/Marshalls and Ross. I got some tanks at Old Navy over the weekend at $5 each, but I was between sizes in their shorts. One size too big, the other just a little too small.

My favorite sports bras are champion ones from Target (though i'm not well endowed so really any work). Most of my favorite tights and tanks are Nike. I just bought two pairs of lululemon shorts and I am in LOVE with them.

I buy from Marshall's or TJMaxx usually - my favorite of all time is a soon-to-be-shredded pair of yoga capris by Everlast. SO comfy, I've had them for years but not forever so I guess their name is not exactly accurate, but still - a pretty good run. I just can't find them anymore.

For bottoms I stick with Old Navy compression, Nike and the occasional Lucy if I find it at Marshalls/TJ Maxx. For tops varies. I like the statement tanks but also Nike and Old Navy. For bras I'm good with the medium support from Danskin from Walmart although I do have a couple Oakley and Nike that were on sale.

Mondetta Performance Gear (MPG) stuff from TJ Maxx. Their stuff is redonkulously expensive if you buy it online, but from TJ's it runs in the $15-30 range and is durable/comfortable/stylish.
