Needs an input

How's everyone doing here. From my last post here from introducing myself about my weight loss plan being stalled. Now I have sort of a question or needs an input or advice. Right now I'm still at 205lbs but I have slightly change my diet by eating small portion food and try no more than 3 meals a diet simply to keep up with the diet. I have lost inches and gain muscle but when I step on the scale I'm still the same weight, how is that possible?. I have went from size 40 in pants/jeans to 36 and size xl in shirts to l I could even fit to medium with no problem. I feel good and healthy but my only problem is during this process of weight loss I'm losing inches and gain muscle but not seeing a difference on the scale.
