ive lost my appetite

Now that I've started cardio training I've completely lost my appetite. I'm forcing myself to eat when in not even hungry. What should I do?

A lot of the time, it's just while your body is adjusting. I know that I tend to go through drops and rises in my appetite and that over the span of about a two week period, it tends to even out.
Depending on when during the day your cardio is, you may just be able to eat the bulk of your calories prior to?0 -

But I literally feel full all day because of my water intake. And eating makes me lose the little energy I do have...lol fix it Jesus!0 -
