IIFYM here so I eat what I want. When I was on comp prep peanut butter was my kryptonite, it was a banned substance in my house lol0

Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, thankfully I only get this a couple of times a year when I go to the Cheesecake Factory.0
-
Quesaritos from Taco Bell. Gets me every dang time....0

Chinese food but I usually get the same things every time. Sushi, shrimp & opt for fresh veggies made on the hibachi grill. Maybe a splurge or two Makes me laugh...God rest my dad's soul, but before I married my husband we used to joke that the love of Chinese food was a pre-requisite to marriage. Just celebrated 20 years yesterday....lol0

Pancakes with peanut butter and maple syrup.0
-
Homemade bread with good butter and cheese.0

There are a lot, haha, but if I had to choose one I seriously cannot manage portion control with, it would be banana bread fresh out of the oven with butter on it....omg.0

Chocolate for sure, Cadbury Dairy Milk was banned from my diet (for about 5 months) because I had no self-control. I recently bought a bar and have been sticking to 2 squares (11g - 57cal) a night and it's been amazingly delicious.0

A few years ago, I decided not to feel guilty about food anymore.

I have a terrible time with portion control too. I can't eat just one pizza I have to eat 4. I get so mad when people bring pizza to the house it's like grrrr It take so much will power to not eat one or eat just one!0 -
Fresh crusty white bread and lashings of REAL butter. Mmnnnn , I miss it so much0
-
I don't feel guilty eating any food, unless I eat too much of it.0
-
Peanut Butter Fudge, only because at my lowest point I was able to make it using just peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in the microwave in less than 1 minute for a nice bowl of the stuff just for myself x.x Thank you, myfitnesspal, for educating my middle school self about why that is not acceptable every night! ;P0

Sushi and pizza... anytime I want a treat, it's one of the two.0
-
Any type of cheese sauce0
-
Ice cream, its always ice cream.0

Is lack of portion control the criterion for "guilty pleasure" food? I thought it was feeling guilty over how much pleasure you took from eating the food.0 -
Sushi, sausage pizza, and tiramisu gelato are my HUGE ones.0

I don't feel guilty eating this but, my parmesan cheese pasta blows my 1200 out of the water. There is no just eating 2 ounces of it. 8 oz of buttery cheesy pasta! I eat it about once a month but, I have cheat days. Which not a lot of ppl on here agree with them but, it has been working for me.0

YES YES YES!! So good.0 -
Im not sure because I think guilt is just a massive waste of time especially over food. I just eat it and if its over so be it. If its high calorie foods id like to eat loads of, then it would either be chinese, chcolate or chips.0

Hostess / Little Debbie baked goods.
I know you can make your own or get them from a good baker, but I do love a good sticky bun.0 -
For me, cheese puffs - preferably cheetos or Whole Foods Bearitos - or cheddar flavored rice cakes. No nutritional value, and I can easily go through an entire bag in an evening so I don't even buy them.
I like pizza, sushi, ice cream, gyros, and other high fat foods etc, but don't necessarily feel guilty about occasionally indulging as they all have ::some:: nutritional value...there is no nutritionally sound reason to eat cheese puffs, unfortunately.0 -
