Good low carb recipes

Hi, new to the community. I have had bariatric surgery and going through plateau. Looking for recipes lower in carbs and higher in protein to get the scale moving downward. Thanks.

One of my favorites is to use zucchini and make spaghetti noodles out of it with my veggetti and just may my meat sauce. Buff dudes website has alot of goods ones too

This low carb taco soup was yummy and a big hit with my family, too. I'm not a cook and it's easy.

Take 1 cup shredded cheese and spread evenly on the bottom of saute pan. Heat til melted. Add pepperoni slices. Dont stir. Continue heating for another minute or until edges are crispy. Pour on plate. Eat with veggie sticks.

Beef or turkey patty. Slice of cheese. Use letttuce to wrap in place of bun.

Grilled veggies on bbq pit makes for an amazing side dish with protien.
