Dizzy Workouts

Hi guys!
I'm back. From outer space. There you stand with that confused look upon your face! You should have changed my password, you should have-Okay, I'll stop.
Anyway. Ages ago, when I was active on this site, I remember coming to the group with a problem I was experiencing during exercise. Dizzy spells mid-workout.
You guys gave great advice, of course. Eat before working out. Dehydration. Etc. All sound advice but in the end the issue was low blood pressure. Yup. I'm a fat *kitten* with low blood pressure. Like, really low. So low, in fact, that it's started affecting my life outside of working out too (which is how I figured it out - with my doctor's help of course ).
This post is just a shout out to all those dizzy people. If you're experiencing dizzy spells, nausea, trembling, etc. when working out please go see your doctor! This group can give awesome advice, but you might have a not diagnosable on the internet issue that is very easily dealt with but only if you're aware of it.
That is all!
It's nice to be back!

Good points. Low BP has put me in the hospital twice, once ending up in ICU0
