Haven't tried it yet, but have heard many that like it. What recipe did you use for the crust? Then just top as usual?

Now try this. Even better. I use flax instead of almond four for what it's worth.

    Had it tonight, in fact.
    Spectacular!

Cauliflower bake with sauce and mozzarella is absolutely delicious-in the same way that eggplant Parmesan or zucchini lasagna is delicious. But it is, in no way, shape, or form PIZZA!

Thanks! I will make it when I get more experienced with cooking and when I have a better kitchen.

Surprised that some people don't like cauliflower lol

Nope. I try not to mess with pizza when I'm actually eating it.

I like using cream cheese with herbs instead of ordinary marinara. Then sometimes I like making three pizzas at once -- one marinara, one cream cheese, one guacamole. I call it the Mexican Trifecta.

Cauliflower is good; pizza is good. If I wanted cauliflower on pizza I'd put it on top with the rest of the veggies and keep the crust. IMO, a good crust is required for a good pizza and besides I'm not usually in the mood to mess with making some kind of fussy cauliflower crust when if I wanted cauliflower + cheese + tomatoes that's much easier to accomplish.

I do eat cauliflower in a variety of ways much more than I have pizza, but I don't have to dress cauliflower up as other foods to enjoy it.

I would try it once to see what it tasted like; however, give me real pizza any day of the week.
