Mayra - Conrgts on getting the job. I'm actually a little jealous I've been a "programmer" skillwise for years, but haven't been able to get ajob in programming, so next best thing has been in operations or analyst type job.
Deb - No worries - hehehe I didn't do Yogax yesterday either. My arms were sore for a couple days and had to use A-535 rub each night (works good)
I can't stay on too long today because of work. Will check this evening after my workout Legs and back I believe.
Then tomorrow morning Kenpo which I enjoy.
Tomorrow aft/evening going to a 65th birthday party, so I'll be tested again with different foods.
Aiming for good proteins and green veggies, and no alcohol. These people like to cook fatty/starchy food.
Good choices everyone. I Hope I can hit in the 18x's Monday morning.0 -
I'm very busy getting ready for my daughter's birthday party tonight. We plan to grill. Anyway, wanted to share this sort of funny way too true video about the oil spill sort of. That makes no sense, but you will understand if you watch. Have a good Friday!

I made it- I made it- I made it!!!
I made it to Onderland!! I am officially under 200 lbs. My weigh-in this morning is 199.6 lbs! I look forward to the weekend but at the same time I'm a alittle nervous. My hubby is leaving tonight for the in-laws place a few hours away, the girls and I will head out in the morning. I am a huge snacker when I'm on the road. I will definately get some healthy snacks for munching so I don't stop at convenience stores and end up with junk food. Any good road trip snack ideas out there?0 -

Congratulations! And I like to snack on grapes on the road.0 -
Grapes are good and the girls love them too!! I wasn't thinking grapes, thanks for the reminder!0

- Grapes, apples and other fruit
- Almonds
- baby carrots
- protein bars
- deli meat wraps (few pieces of deli meat with a whole wheat wrap, can cut in 1/2 to make them smaller)
All I can think of at the top of my head.
btw, wtg Randi for hitting onderland . We knew you could do it.
Next the 18x's0 -
Thanks Peter. Yep! 18Xs here I come. You'll beat me there for sure but I promise I won't be far behind!!0

Hi all I am getting ready for my 5K in the morning. I would do a 6K everyweek if it is for breast cancer.
After the 5K I think I will do a walk or jog in the afternoon.
I am trying to get back in the groove. I have realized that just because dad stops and gets some big gooey treat that doesn't mean I need to have on too. I will not give in to the nasty temptations that are on the road0 -
Had a great cookout last night for my daughter's birthday. I have been taking it easy today. It feels kind of good for a change! We have a church dinner for Father's Day tomorrow, then we're going to a friend's home for our evening meal. I'm wondering how I will stay in my calories, but I'm sure that I can manage.
Hope you all are having a great weekend!0 -
Hey all,
Friday and Saturday I walked running errands. Had a great day today and did my first race, a 5M race for father's day. I'll be putting up pics in my profile later. It was very humid and I got a stomach cramp, and I walked in between. It was great though for a first race and I finished in 64 minutes. This week I will be repeating the 9th week of P90X and I'm re-committing myself to my weight loss journey- after letting go last week.
We then walked alot around the park and went on the carousel with our daughter. I'm really hungry today and beat, take care all!0 -
Hi all,
My weigh in is down 1 lb.0 -
Hi everyone! I rather checked out of life this weekend--after a ton of stress and my daughter coming down with strep. Being on call to help out my mom and not being told I wasn't needed, etc, etc I was done. I didn't keep house, I didn't exercise, I didn't eat well and I can feel the difference. Today is the start of a new day and I can do anything!
Don't forget to send in your weight! Let's have a stellar week!0 -
Thanks for the congratulations, everyone!!
Today I went to my new job to fill out HR paperwork and then went to my mom's house. I'll just count the walking as my exercise, since I slept in today and didn't get my planned workout. IT was so humid today!
take care all!!0 -
Whoops, I missed weighin yesterday. I am at 198.1 this morning- Yahhooooo!!!0

Howdy all.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. I finished off the week not so great with workouts.
Back at it again yesterday got chest and back done and today got plyometrics done for 800 calorie burn.
Keep at it, and remember what Tony says.... "Do your best, and forget the rest"0 -

I think I have everything ready to leave town again. My grandson and I are going to see my mother tomorrow, and then going to church camp. I am directing the camp, and have been very busy preparing. I have everything except for whatever I didn't think of, and whatever I forgot!
Anyway, see you all when I get home. Saturday, but it may be Sunday before I check in. Have a good week!0 -
Forgot to post yesterday, but I walked all over doing grocery shopping and doing laundry along with my almost 2 year old. Today it's going to be another day of errands, cleaning the house, and ironing all my hubby's shirts and cleaning the kitchen. Just trying to get things in order so we can relax on the weekend. I'm definitely repeating the 9th week of P90X next week, but I'm sure I'm burning calories with all this cleaning I'm doing. My new job starts the week of July 4th so I still have one more week to get my schedule together. I seem to be sleeping like 9 hours each night, and wished I slept less so I had more time to do things in the morning. When I start to work, we get summer fridays off, so I plan on doing errands and cleaning the house on fridays, so we can have the weekends free.
Take care all, and great job everybody pushing it every day!!0 -
