    I have "Core Wheels" which are like an ab roller but each hand can move independently. Highly effective and pretty difficult but I would absolutely recommend adding them in!

    It's definitely a great exercise. I love the ab wheel. It is easy to over-do it though, because when you're doing them it doesn't really feel like it's that strenuous, but the next day (at least personally) after I've done 3 sets of 15 or so, by abs kill. Which, means I worked them hard. But it can be painful, like Petervz01 said.

    Yes I agree. I'm also going to looking into Core Wheels. Maybe I should perfect the Ab wheel before moving onto Core wheels
