word of the the day... DOWN.... 167 days down, 50 pounds down , 3 jeans sizes (as of today!) down, and 3-4 shirt sizes down! go me!
starting clothing size: 2x/20/22 in tops and bottoms
current clothing size: XL/ 12/14 tops and 16 jeans; 12/14 dresses
Halfway to my first 'major' goal!

SW: 250+
CW: 200
(first major) GW: 150
IDEAL weight (at least in my head, may or may not get there) 115-120

age 37; height 5'2

    You superstar you...50lbs is a HUGE amount to drop kick into the place where the sun will NEVER shine-you ROCK, period.

    Thanks! If the one thing people (whether online in in real life) get from it... is that you do not need to go on special diets, buy special pills, programs or shakes, or starve!

    eat less (and weigh your food!!)
