Suggestions for fiber?

What you want to do is eat real whole foods high in fiber, not processed foods with added fiber. Just eat more fruits and vegetables all around! These are said to be especially high in fiber:
Vegetables: corn, edamame, artichoke, peas, carrot, broccoli, greens (collard greens, kale, turnip greens), sweet potato
Fruit: avocado, pear, raspberries, apples, pumpkin, kiwi
Beans: white beans (cannellini, great northern), black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), lentils
Nuts: almonds0 -

I get almost all of my fiber from produce. Fruits and vegies.0

rasberries are great for fiber. fresh or frozen. Chia seeds, flaxseed, plenty of cruciferous veg such as broccoli, spinach, cabbage.0
