Weight Loss Help

Wow guys easy, I think that is a matter of belief. It's proven that when you restric your calories for a long period of time, your metabolism slows down. This is what starvation mode is... This is also why the 5:2 diet exists and many people believe that it's a good idea to take a break from your diet once in a while. But to directly blame it as false? I've read very different things about this matter but also tried it on my own body after a surgery where I lost so much weight because I simply couldn't eat at all, and when I then started eating again (HEALTHY) I gained 4 kg in two weeks.
Good old starvation mode. Because no-one ever dies from famine.
