    Chips.
People say ''well have them in moderation"
I simply don't have the control yet to be able to portion them out and just eat that. One day hopefully :)

Ice cream. During the winter months it wasn't really an issue, way too cold to want to eat it. But now that summer is here it's a different story. I too am not ready to test out if I can apply moderation with this particular food.

I haven't given anything up completely, but I love any kind of Asian food and I miss eating lots of rice with it.

I buy Mars icecream bars, only 138 calories then you can't over eat :)

I eat a lot less of a lot of things, but I've not really given anything up food wise. Quitting smoking was a *kitten* though.

Can you get the McCain boxes? They're 158 cals per serving.

For me, I haven't given anything up but because of the HUGE calorie content I haven't had Dominos at all... instead have a small supermarket pizza with c. 400 cals.

Coca Cola on regular basis - I had to give it up for a good 5 months until I could control myself. I drink some here and there now because I know I won't over do it and go back to old habits.

Potato chips. If I have it at home, I will eat it all, the entire bag. Still eat it when having drinks/dinner/movie night with friends.

Other than that I regularly eat everything I want. I plan ahead for a 900 cal pizza and a glas of pinot if I feel like it. Heck, once I had a pizza just because I had the spare calories...

Cake! I eat cake still in small amounts but I like to bake and make yummy cakes that are 500 cals a reasonable slice (I mean not as big as you'd likely get in a cafe). That's 1/3 of may daily limit so it's a rare treat now. Otherwise, I'm satisfied to eat most things that I enjoy in small quantities.

I haven't given up anything that I really love BUT unfortunately it's pretty tough to fit croissants and pastries in my days, so I had to give up having them once or twice a week. Now it's once a month if that...

Sodium was far and away my biggest struggle with food.

    Actual items? Probably tortilla chips.

Good ol' Americanized Chinese food. For authentic Asian, if I crave it, I just cook myself up some Japanese food [good portion sizes for low calories]. But the Americanized Chinese is the besssssst.

For me personally (unrelated to weight loss), wine.

    Related to weight loss, sloth.

Mayo and fries. Before I could easily eat a large portion of fries with lots of salt and mayo. I only do full fat mayo and proper fried potatoes, so it's not the kind of thing I fit into my regular routine (which it used to be as part our weekly take out, we've now changed that up). I do still have them, just nowhere near as often as I used to (2 kids in 2 years, that's my excuse... ahem...).

Now I want fries and mayo :D

I used to eat the full fat Mayo but switched to light (40 vs 100 cals per 15g) and now can't even remember if the full fat version tasted different. Would you consider switching?
