5.2 diet

hi all I've been doing a lot of research lately and was wondering does anyone else combine the 5.2 diet with my fitness pal? really need a boost to get my confidence growing, and wondered what your experiences were? Thank you in advance

    It doesn't fit totally with MFP, in that you can't set different calorie targets for different days. But it IS still useful for planning and measuring what to have on the fast days. The best advice is to set it for your non-fast days, which should be about your TDEE.

    Either don't press the "close diary" button, or ignore the message it auto-sends.
