You guys and gals know the struggle, what do you usually eat when you've hit most of your macros, but still have about 180-200 calories left to reach your caloric goals for the day?

Skinny cow ice cream sandwich or some greek yogurt. I save that many calories daily just to have those as my 8pm snack.

cottage cheese for me. Usually get a cup of fat free CC, a few packets of Splenda, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix it all up and it's a sweet treat.

Or if you want zesty. Just add in hot sauce, and pepper instead..... or some salsa.

    That depends:
Do I really want a treat?
Was the rest of my day pretty nutritious?

Glass of wine/a beer, or ice cream.

If I can fit a bit of both in, happy days.

If I feel like a treat I will have a Blue Bunny Mini Ice Cream Cone or maybe a handful of almonds.

If I don't feel like eating I don't and roll the calories over so I can eat more on a different day if I want to (within reason of course.) As long as things balance out over the course of a week or so I don't stress.

if I'm hungry, I eat like an ice cream sandwich. if I am not hungry, then I go to bed and leave those calories alone

Depends if I'm hungry or not. I'd probably not eat though because I overeat a bit during the weekends so in the end it balances out.

I like some form of oatmeal before bed. Works well to prevent hunger from waking me at 3 AM.

Latest is https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/chocolate-peanut-butter-bites/ which says it makes 12 - I use a scoop and get nine, for 141 calories each.

A serving of Skippy Peanut Butter (the best kind and I don't want to hear anything outta you Jif and PeterPanophiles) is 190 calories. That or a 4oz glass of port wine.

Those look like they'd be awesome if they didn't have bananas in them.

WHY DOES EVERYONE RUIN EVERYTHING BY PUTTING BANANA IN IT?! (And why is it that I like bananas by themselves or in banana bread, but in nothing else?!)

This sounds delicious, and I don't even love cottage cheese.

I bank calories so I'd just leave them for another day.
