    @Malavika, FWIW, I am about your height, and was at about your weight when I was 20. Keeping my calories to 1500 or below, doing cardio, and strength training has kept my weight between 120 and 125, for at least 20 years. I creep back up toward 130 if I slack off and have treats too often, and then I start logging again before things get out of hand. It's great that you're starting to develop healthy habits now.
