over eating?

Was wondering if someone could explain why i gain 2_3lbs from just one day of over eating.and i do cardio regularly....could this be medical?? Lil help would be appreciated

Most likely it is water weight gain from excess sodium. It should disappear in a day or two.0

Probably water retention, etc. Nothing to worry about.
