So I'm all about this salad.
1 oz grumbled blue cheese
1 oz raw chopped walnuts
1 medium/large pear cut into slices
2 tbsp's of Opa Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese salad dressing
4 cups of baby kale and baby romaine leaves
Toss all together
Yummy post workout lunch. =-)

I just had a yummy treat dessert.
I made a fruit salad with:
1 pear
1 medium banana
6 or so strawberries
30 g or so of cream cheese - full fat
a bit of kefir milk
1 teaspoon of sugar (I never have any added sugar, so this felt good)
a bit of unsweetened cocoa
a bit of cinammon.
some lemon to make it more juicy
The portion was huge, I had to separate it into two different bowls and was not really sure if I could eat it all.
I've also had this after running for 7km (I've very recently started to increase distance and speed, this also is feeling great) and as a way of celebrating my success in weight loss for the last month and a half.
I've lost 3Kg (6.6 pounds) in those 6 or 7 weeks, by logging and being aware with food, and doing regular exercise.
I'm now 64Kg (141 pounds) and would like to get to 57kg (126 pounds). I'm a 5"1' female.

That sounds SO delicious! I'll have to try that some day. Yesterday I had a peanut butter, pear and Isopure creamy vanilla protein powder shake with ice...man that was so good.
Congrats on your success! I can do 5k at a time at the most right now. I've got at least 30lbs to lose before I'm in the healthy weight range for my height (5'6") I succeed when I measure and log everything, just like you. And of course regular exercise. I am becoming an exercise addict, I have to do it or else I don't feel right.0 -

I absolutely love avocado. To the point of eating it with a fork and a little salt. Lol.

Another way I like to eat it is on toast or a rice cake drizzled with sriracha sauce. It's just a really good combo to me.0 -

Sounds similar to a recipe I just saw in the Williams Sonoma catalog that I want to try -
Pear, walnut, bleu cheese and fig flatbread pizza

It's strawberry season out back so I'm all about strawberries. Mostly raw, but also smoothies, oatmeal, Strawberry Bavarian Cream / Berry Fool, and Strawberry Rhubarb Compote.
