    Trying to cut back on eating so much processed foods!

    I find my self doing a lot of squats recently, I kinda like them.

    Hey, thanks for the replies! I don't eat any processed food.

    I'm literally eating fresh fish and salad/veg or fresh chicken. I've cut out all sauces and seasoning.

    No bread, butter or anything like that.

    Fruit smoothies for breakfast and then a tuna salad for lunch.

    Dinner, fresh cod with stir fried vegetables only using olive oil.

    Drinking copious amounts of water and taking my vitamins. :)

    Gotta do squats, really don't want a flat bottom lol!
