Just a skinny guy trying to get BIG

What's going on out there I'm new to trying to get big. I have ran track my whole life and have weighed 165 since I was a freshman I'm now 27 and six three weighing in at a staggering 167 now and am tired of it. So I got a trainer and start this upcoming Monday . Any suggestions?

    Have a looks at 5x5 on the strong lifts website it's excellent and easy to track etc there's a free app and spreadsheet to track your progress

    Work out your daily calorie needs and you are good to go

    What helped me gain weight is weightlifting with what is called the the WKM-plan in german. I dont know if it's popular or has a different name anywhere else. It's a very very basic plan for beginners. Hit me up if you want me to explain it to you.
    Also eating every three hours and having a close eye on proper protein intake is important.
    Helps me gain 2kg per month
