I will treat with a mani/pedi. Or set a little gas aside and go explore a new park or walking trail. You could do a concert or event.0

buy something not food related. New clothes, jewelry, go see a movie, mani/pedi, anything.0

Associating victories and happiness with food gets a lot of people into this mess in the first place. Do ANYTHING else you enjoy instead!
I get a "food reward" when my deficit shoots up from exercise. Last weight loss reward (10lbs) was new shoes (running shoes were 5 years old), new bras (kinda necessary due to band size changes), workout shirts, and a weight bench.0 -

hump & dump?
That is a future goal of mine. More like hump and drive the women crazy. It actually kind of funny getting mono and still having women invite you over. I call that being crazy.0 -
I usually just take my right hand, put it over my left shoulder and give 3 good taps. It's my favorite!!0

I had a friend that bought a $20 dollar gift card for every 10# she lost. She says that when she hits goal she can go buy a dream outfit! Good idea & it looks like she will be shopping soon!0

I'm in the early stages of metabolic syndrome, had no choice but to loose weight and fast. The fact that I'm not going to die is reward enough for me0

I read something that hit me square between the eyes the other day. It said, "you're not a dog. stop rewarding yourself with food." OUCH.
ideas: pedicure/manicure, new workout wear, cute new (insert clothing item here), a tattoo, a night out with friends, try a new gym or get a new workout dvd (depending on what you use), the possibilities are ENDLESS.0 -
