Any triathletes?

I'm a triathlete and endurance cyclist, and I'm just looking to friend some fellow athletes so we can compare nutrition plans and routines. I'm looking for either party to get something out of this; I want to see first hand how nutrition and exercise plans fit together. I'm currently a personal trainer with a degree in exercise science, so I know how it all fits together in the grand scheme of things. But, I just want to see the data!

I am... but currently I suck at the nutrition, er diet, side of things... so I'm not sure how much help I can be in that regard. Add me if you want, though.0

I participate in triathlons, but wouldn't call myself a triathlete at my level!
Unfortunately when I train I tend to eat well, when I don't I comfort eat. Due to home life, I'm not training so much so the comfort eating is back It's a poor excuse and a pattern I need to break. Sorry to say that you won't get much benefit from my nutrition plan.0 -

also, the book i mentioned before, Racing Weight. it really clued me in on some good nutrition tips.0
