The first pic was the day I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, I had a migraine, exhausted, swollen joints. The second picture was a year later after losing 20lbs just by treating the hypothyroidism.29 -
These are amazing! Can't wait to show mine!0

Obviously two different work badge photographers. The first pic was too close up.0

I actually worry about what my face will look like with my weight loss. I'm 44-years-old and sometimes I think as one has become "skinny" at my age, the face tends to look sunken in. I think a fuller face, (I don't mean with double chin or anything) is more attractive. Anyone else feel this way?
I kinda feel what you're saying, I also have an already slim face ,especially in the cheekbone area and in the past I'd lost weight it had gotten so bad I remember calling inquiring about cheekbone implants or something along the lines, lol it was about 9 yrs ago. I notice that sometimes with weightloss some people look sick, like they had a sickness rob them of their appetite. I remember that with my dad. It was hard for me to get over him losing his big belly beer gut when he had to eat healthier due to diabetes or pre diabetes. But I guess its more important to be healthy thanvworry about not looking healthy.3 -

It's amazing how great everyone looks in these picture threads. Great work everyone!
Here's me, as long as I didn't muck up the links: eta: yep, messed them up. Fixed though.

My son's Nerf gun photobomb cracks me up...
In progress. 280.4 May 1 2017 to 238.8 August 26(?) 2017.
Goal 220 and then see where I go from there. I have big bone structure and big muscle mass, but need to tone it back up. Blood pressure meds halfway gone and my doctor doesn't lecture me anymore. A few more months and doc says the meds may be gone completely.
I feel like a totally different person.
Forever grateful to Sensei Michael Burns and the staff at #ABDMA #teamtransform #strikefit.
The team oriented training sessions and personal friendships are the best, and make working out fun not just a grind.
Thanks also to MFP and Underarmour for this app- tracking what goes in makes it so much more real.37 -
