Six years ago:
And last week. I lost about 40 pounds over about 12 months, but gained back 20. Trying to drop those and get to my final 50 pound goal.

About halfway to goal! First picture taken August 2016, before I started on MFP in January 2017. Second picture is today with 147 lbs gone forever. I still have a long way to go, but I’ll get there.79 -
Left is @ 235 lbs 40% bodyfat+ ill and depressed | Right is @ 145 lbs ~8% bodyfat fit, healthy and happy!
DISCLAIMER: The right one I'm sure is filtered. I look way more haggard than that but you get the idea.54 -

This is me so far. I have a long ways to go. Pardon my hair in the recent photo. I haven't had it dyed yet. The first picture was taken in 2015. The second one was taken after about 25 pounds lost. I am down another 12 since then.

I always have to mention and use myself as an example. It took me 25 years to put on about 60lbs and I cannot simply expect it to melt off quickly. I know we want it to, but I dont want loose skin so slow and steady is fine with me.
IF everyday is a struggle I dont know what to say about that really. For me it's a lifestyle change and something I need to get use to if I am to get to goal and maintain.
