OP, you're just designed differently than 99.96% of the population. The rest of us get bulky from weights. It doesn't matter if we're eating in a caloric surplus, it's the heavy weights that make us so big and results in our clothes fitting too tight.0

I recommend broccoli and copious amounts of celery if you really want to bulk it. You should see my quads...and only three weeks in. I'm sure I'll be competition ready in another week or so....0
