    I recommend broccoli and copious amounts of celery if you really want to bulk it. You should see my quads...and only three weeks in. I'm sure I'll be competition ready in another week or so....

    Yesterday I ate a 12 oz ribeye with sauteed mushroom, beer-soaked onion, dinner rolls, and peanuts. The steak alone was close to 1000 calories, the other stuff must have pushed the meal over 1500 cals. In one sitting.

    I can feel the bulk coming, if it's not already here.

    Whoops, false alarm, it's just gas.

    OP, you're just designed differently than 99.96% of the population. The rest of us get bulky from weights. It doesn't matter if we're eating in a caloric surplus, it's the heavy weights that make us so big and results in our clothes fitting too tight.

    Only if you're female. If you're male, you are screwed.
