    Also, keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. You should be measuring rather than weighing.

    Hi everybody..

    ...I do weigh and log everything I found I've been eating more this week due to hunger so I've been eating my exercise calories do I stop this? Or is 2 weeks not long enough for my body to sort it all out

    There's your answer. There's no magic of specific exercise or timing. Simply just eat less calories.
