As the title states, what is your favourite exercise activity? This includes participating in team sports also!

As long as it is not the same thing over and over again, I enjoy it. If I had to pick one, then rollerblading. Kettle bell, punching bag exercises, and spinning are close seconds.0

Running! I do love water stuff like kayaking and paddleboarding, but don't have access to those much.0

Bodycombat. My hands down favorite.0

Fencing (sword fighting) with a close second, Brazilian Jui Jitsu!!0

Circuit training/cross fit - bring on the box jumps, pull ups, wall balls, sprints etc. Also love training with kettlebells and weights forever.
Basically it's weights no cardio around here, although I do run at least once a week.

Pilates, weight training (fitnessblender videos as I don't have access to a gym) and I love Jillian Michaels workout dvds0

Benching. Followed closely by squatting and deadlifting. But benching makes me happy.0

Lifting. Dead lifting in particular.

Spin and this other gym class that's a blend of plyometrics, calisthetics and resistance training. Sometimes I have an urge to go for a run, but I get bored after a mile or so haha.0
