how often do you take progress pics?

Do you ever feel disheartened from your progress pics? For example, feeling like lack of progress etc?

I took them every 6-8 weeks. I consistently made progress, but it wasn't always obvious from one picture to the next. Put them all in series, though, and the trend was obvious.

Depends on my program and what I'm training for but I typically take them every 30-60 days.

Before I got pregnant I took a lot of progress pics when I was doing the insanity program. I took mine weekly.

I use to take them all the time, when I was getting really some times every couple of days.
But right now I take them every 4 weeks

I don't do them regularly. In general, I hate taking them because I find it difficult to see any progress. Or I see progress in the mirror but not in the photo due to lighting and angles. I delete 95% of my progress pics.

When I feel like I look better. So, not often. I took some when I got back from holiday in June but they were to use as my new 'before' pictures. I think before that was March, then December.

    Once a month.
I don't look very different every month but if I look at the current pic compared to the very first pictures there is a very noticeable difference. So if I am feeling discouraged I do that. It is only one way of measuring/tracking progress for me.
It took losing about 10-15 for me to really see a difference in pictures so maybe just take pictures every 10 lbs you lose.

When I was at my biggest and the weight was coming off faster, I took pictures every 2 weeks-ish.
But now that it's slower going, I take them maybe every other month?
