Try it, I dare you. Take a raw mushroom, remove the stem, fill with nutella. Eat. I know it sounds nuts, and if you dislike either ingredient, it's not going to do it for you, but I am absolutely addicted to those things0 -
Lettuce, tomato, celery salad topped with croutons, bacos and lite Italian vinnegrette.0

I don't know if they exist outside of Australia but paddle pops are 100 calories each and soooo tasty. I went looking for a low energy ice cream and it was even lower than the "diet" and "skinny" brands!0

I'm so glad I read through this thread! There are so many great ideas to a common issue. I've run into this problem before. I usually went for sunflower seeds but they're high cal/sodium. My second fav go-to emergency snack is a cup of almond milk. But again, not necessarily low cal. Thanks for posting this! So many great ideas!!0

I also adore the Skinny Cow Caramel & Chocolate Truffel Ice Cream Bars. I have one most evenings for dessert when I have the calories left (and I try to make sure I have the calories, LOL!). 110/100 calories. Yummy.0

I love wasabi peas!0 -
And to me ... cottage cheese tastes better and has a better texture.
I'm OK with Greek yogurt, I just find it a bit like trying to eat a tub of margarine.
But to each his/her own.
How about cottage cheese and Greek yogurt mixed mixed together with blueberries or raspberries? Really good!0 -

But be careful with pickles. I love them and used them as my favorite low-calorie snack, until I realized how badly they affected water weight. I did not lose weight until I quit scarfing down pickles and the water finally left my body.0 -

You are so very welcome! I am currently working on the perfect ~50 cal chocolate mug cake, as I have a mighty need Nothing better than easy (grain free) chocolate cake! I try to upload something new every day so I am sure it'll show up soon. I already added cheesy zucchini spaghetti (129 cal), deli chicken wrapped cucumber sticks (58 cal), and my delicious Nutella mushrooms (32 cal) since the previous post. Low cal snacks are my salvation!0 -

Am I the only one who does not feel full from nuts? I need at least two handfulls of the stuff to feel somewhat sated and that is a huge amount of calories!
A small apple works for me (~70 cal), or a large bell pepper (~30 cal) because it takes a lot of chewing. A little quark with some fruit is also great to sate the hunger (~70 cal) and of course things like munching on a cucumber or carrot. A few grams of chocolate also go a looooong way!
IF you eat salty nuts, do you wash it down with water? maybe you are mistaking hunger for thirst. I personally eat salt free nuts.

Unsalted. I need about 700 calories worth to make a dent in my hunger with nuts. I need about the same in fatty meats, by the way (sausage, etc., and steak). Yet, give me 100 calories worth of dried raisin and I'll feel full up. My body is weird.0 -

OMFG! I finally did it! The perfect no-grain dark chocolate mug cake is now a fact! It took a good few tries to get right (poor me, hihi!), but I am finally satisfied--and it's only 65 calories, so feel free to make more and stack! Sweet, chocolatey, firm but still a little gooey on the inside... perfect! I will be indulging in these often! Just throwing this out there0
