Any specific food items you quit and noticed it helped you lose weight?

    I hardly ever eat bread or pasta anymore... I've noticed it's a lot easier for me to lose this way. Most of my carbs come from fruits or vegetables. If I get really bad starchy/carb cravings I'll have a sweet potato or some oatmeal.

    I'm addicted to coffee. I used to take it with cream and sugar but I gradually weaned myself off it. Now I have to drink it black. I find it too sweet otherwise. If I'm getting bored with water, I'll sip on tea with lemon throughout the day.

    soda. specifically a 2 liter of coka cola a day. a cup of soda about once a month now. i have had a 1 liter bottle in my room for weeks now and I don't drink it and i dont crave it...surprizes me.

    I have cut out fast food and since cheeses is my vice I have cut back on that.

    Just eat smaller portions. And don't believe all the cutting carbs bs. You still need carbs in your diet.
