I have been eating Sami's Millet and Flax chips, they don't have the saltiness, but a very satisfying crunch and decent amount of Fiber as well. They also come in a couple of flavors like cinnamon, but I prefer the plain.

Where do you buy these? I don't see them on Amazon.

Honestly, I would not worry about something I ate once every 1-2 months. Just enjoy! But some of these ideas sound REALLY good! Enough to make anyone an aggressive snacker!

I am addicted to chips, favorite snack in the world! I found some Cape Cod kettle chips (40%) less fat at target and it's 140 calories a serving and only three ingredients! Salt, potatoes and canola oil. Healthy? No. More than the alternative chips? Yes!

I try to eat low carb because of my diabetes so I really miss chips. I found something called Quest Protein chips and they are a close healthier substitute for me. I have found them at GNC and Smoothie King. They come in sea salt or other various flavors.
