Wine- I wish I could drink just one glass but this leads to 2-4 and then a binge!!! I am re-committing to being honest with myself on MFP and getting the 3 lbs I gained off!!!0

Well it hasn't exactly happened just yet. But I love Malbec wine and I found a recipe for a Choc-Malbec cake on Pinterest. I plan on making it for my birthday ...pretty certain it will do me in.0

Yeah, I used to read Gourmet magazine when my mother got it and pictured a lot of writers with ample waistlines. I'm glad that good eating isn't a required part of my job!
Mine is sugar. There are some things that if I start eating, I can't stop, so I don't start. That's mostly in the candy category although I can enjoy dark chocolate in moderation.0 -

Laziness - if I wasn't so lazy I could avoid temptation by getting up and cooking something healthy, but I always wait until I'm sick starving and need to eat NOW, which is where all the junk food comes in0
