Today I rode my back for 6 hours straight and lost 3000 calories Is that bad or good

    I don't think it's either good or bad, but you probably won't be able to burn that many calories every day. You probably should eat back some of the calories you burned.

    Well, what is your goal?
    And that sounds like something that might be a good training for endurance and your cardio vascular system.

    Anywayn don't forget to eat back some (or most) of those calories. Your body needs them.

    Depends. Did you enjoy it? Then yes, it's good. If you hated it then I'd say it was bad. Personally I'd hate it but that's just me.
