What do you do after work out?

    Go home and lie on the couch for way too long lol

    I walk around tensing and flexing at anyone who cares to look. If they don't look I try to get their attention and then I tense and flex again. ;)

    Cycle home, have some yoghurt or drink water. Wait to when I stop sweating. Shower.

    The workout makes me feel like i'm on a high, but at some point it is okay to say stop to yourself and take care of your body.

    Go home, shower, ususlly start dinner and studying (uni work).

    I always eat something when I get done with a work out. Then I get on with life.

    depends on what I did... usually my "cool down" is my strength training (maybe that's not good? Somebody tell me if that's bad)... then drink water, eat if it's the right time of day (my schedule is really weird and inconsistent because I work 2 jobs), log everything on MFP, shower, watch tv... none of that necessarily in that order

    Come home
    Check my fitbit
    Eat dinner or take a shower if nobody is using it
    Take some allergy pills because they usually start to flare up in the evening

    shower, eat a meal..go about my day and just chill. Remember, your body grows outside the gym so make sure your feeding your body what it needs!
