    Got in the zone during personal training today. Killed leg day and then had a burpee competition. I did 3 burpees for every 1 that my friend did. Ended up doing about 20. Super proud of myself. Made me smile knowing that I'm getting stronger, leaner and happier everyday!

    Just read an e-mail (aka "heads up") on a possible new client we may be working with. Something about getting something done by January 5th (da *kitten*?). Apparently the work has something to do with a "less invasive" catheter device thing a military medic came up with. I'd like to reply with something like:

    "Thanks for the 'heads up,' guys. It's a bit of a short notice, but I think you can all handle it."


    Can't take this shet seriously right now.
